Step 1: Deep skin tightening and fat reduction with PIANO pulse

The unique, super-long Nd: IAG pulse mode is designed to heat homogeneous tissue comfortably, safely and quickly, by concentrating energy delivery to subcutaneously stimulate fat cell metabolism, leaving the epidermis intact.

PIANO mode extends pulse duration to seconds mode, resulting in full-thickness heating with an overall synergistic tightening effect.

Step 2: Improving skin surface laxity with the SMOOTH pulse

The second phase consists of the revolutionary non-ablative Er: IAG SMOOTH regimen, ideal for skin tightening. Intense, controlled heating of the surface tissue stimulates collagen remodelling and initiates neocollagenesis. The effects result in an overall improvement in laxity and elasticity in the treatment areas.
